Following some answers, I've checked svc.conf and in particular the line
with hosts
The line was :
hosts=bind,local,yp
I've used svcsetup to modified svc.conf to put again the same value. No
surprise, it was still not working. After that, just to see, I've tried:
hosts=local,bind,yp
and the big surprise was here, it was working with this configuration.
Just to let you know , in the /etc/hosts file there is only the
localhost.
So it seems that this version of named is not working with bind first!
Thanks
Daniel
