We got our hands on a Fast-Wide personality module, and all of the drives
are now showing up just fine. DEC said that the narrow personality module
are supposed to work with the KZPSC and the UltraSCSI disk drives, but for
some reason they just don't.

I have also learned that the new swxrcmgr program is called ra200rcu.exe,
and you can find it on the firmware 5.0 cd that comes with DEC UNIX 4.0D.

Thanks for all of the replies and suggestions that I received.
