The answer that applied to me was that various CD's (especially
Digital/Compaq ones) may have ULTRIX partitions on them. You will get
the message in /usr/adm/messages whenever you mount one of these CDs.
Another possibility was that old disks with ULTRIX partitions on them
were being used.
