dxconcole 4.0d with exceed v6

Hi

Unix 4.0d patch kit #2
Exceed v6

When we use exceed or excursion, or keaX, the dxconsole from CDE
Pop up on the pc x-emulator.And since the pc is not the console, dxconsole
is useless on the pc.Has anybody found a way to tell
CDE not to run dxconsole unless it is on 0.0 and not a pc.
