ADVfs fileset limits

Does anyone know how to change the following fileset limit, looked
through the quota commands but cannot find anything? Is a kernel
parameter causing the restriction?

fileset1
        Id : 362dc781.000d72b0.1.8001
        Files : 38, SLim= 0, HLim= 0
        Blocks (1k) : 2067586, SLim= 7500000, HLim= 8000000
        Quota Status : user=on group=on

Need to change blocks to 8Gb
