inadequate fuser?

I'm trying to find PIDs for processes bound to TCP and UDP ports which is
quick and easy with linux's fuser (fuser -n {tcp | udp} port).

Unfortunately DU 4.0D doesn't support those types of options. How else can
I obtain this info?
