It looks like accton doesn't want to start accounting if
/var/adm/pacct is not 664. This is not secure at all because it
allows all users to access the accounting database for all other
users.
I wanted to change the access permissions in
/usr/sbin/acct/nulladm but that clearly doesn't work.
Any other way of making /var/adm/pacct 660 than a brute chmod in
/usr/sbin/acct/turnacct after accton has been restarted?
