SUMMARY: Replacing failed drive in SWXCR RAID-5 set

The problem turned out to be that we had mistakenly replaced the
failed RZ28 drive with an RZ29. The online swxcrmgr refused to
recognize the RC29 as a new drive. When we put a fresh RZ28 in
everything worked as advertised.
