We're looking to get a backup system for our Alphastation 255/233. We've
had bad problems in the past getting standard SCSI tape drives that aren't
officially supported in Digital Unix to work, so we want to get something
that is definitely supported under DU (4.0b). We have about 13GB of disk
space online right now, and would prefer to be able to do a full backup
unattended, but are willing to forego that if cost becomes an issue. We
know that Digital products are of course compatible, but were hoping to
find something that is reasonably priced. So, do people have
recommendations on what products are out there? Of course, I'll summarize
responses to the list.
