I had suggestions of Enscript, which is available on the net, and other
converters available from Digital already in UNIX which I didn't know about.
They are located in /usr/lbin. ps_level1of, ps_level2of and lno3rof were
suggested. I used ps_level1of and it worked beautifully. I followed the
instructions in the print.cookbook file which comes with CAP with the
exception that in the papif man pages it tells how to incorporate these
filters.
