monitor specification

Hello,

although I'm not currently a member of this group, I need help.

Can I change the monitor settings for getting a higher refresh rate on a
DEC Alpha 200/4 100 station running under Digital Unix (1995) when I
haven't got the SysAdmin tool for doing this?

I have a VCR21-KA Monitor and a 2MB ATI Mach64 Graphics interface

and this is running at 66Hz (1280x1024).

I'd like to change this to 72Hz.
