Hello,
This is what I asked:

Well, the site having what I was looking for is not in existence, i.e.
it's all or nothing business.
Alan Davis from DEC support offered a tape in case I have a sw contract,
but when I thought about snail mail, our custom offices... another four
hours online were less expensive.
An interesting suggestion came from Martin Li:

I wasn't able to test this utility yet.

And this is a nice idea. There is already www.service.digital.com
handling search and such, so implementing this feature wouldn't be so
much trouble.
Cheers.
