Slow telnet

     I am having a problem with a 2100 running 4.0b.
     
     If a user telnets to the machine via their PC (using Win 95 and
     Trumpet Telnet) the machine takes between 15 and 25 seconds to provide
     a login.
     
     This problem doesn't occur when trying to login to a 4100 on the same
     subnet.
     
     Any ideas where to look?
