C2 Security "NO DIRECTORY" problem DU 4.0a

     Hello,
     
     System: 8400 DU4.0a C2 security
     
     Hoping you could help. Recently a colleague changed the passwd for a
     user "passwd" above system. Since then not able to logon as this
     persion. Get message "NO DIRECTORY" The dir is fine, available no
     permission problem on directory.
     
     Suggestions please.
