I asked today why my logins are very slow after I installed NIS as the
master here although I have a local login.
Just some hours later Jeff (payne_at_solg2.bnsc.rl.ac.uk) sloved my
problem - I have to add the "auth=local,yp" at the /etc/svc.conf!
