CPI-C/OSI on Digital UNIX ?

Hello everyone. I hope I'll find the solution for "good "old"" DEC UNIX :
I've got the information that CPI-C/OSI is not available on Digital UNIX,
so we must use something with SNA (DSA/SNA and SNA/TCP/IP-Bull to AIX
machine, AIX machine to Alpha) in order to provide CPI-C/OSI on Alpha UNIX.
Is it correct ?
