decux 4.0 hangs

Hi there,
        the problem we are having is that an alpha 800 and a 4100 hang
once per day when they are loaded with interactive users, no more
than 20/30 users anyhow, no evidence of memory leaks, file descritor
leaks or whatever. The machine appears to be deadlocked.
