Hi gurus,
None of our DU V4.0b workstations seem to accept talk requests. (We have
no such problems with DU V3.2c). I can confirm that we have 'ntalk' in
/etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf. Oddly, the request do echo to the
console but not to each terminal (dtterm). According to the man page of
'talk' the talk requests can be accepted by 'mesg y' command. Can anybody
through some light on the following error message:
-- cut --
mesg: Current terminal session on /dev/ttyp2 is not a login session
-- cut --
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Rich
