Managers,
I used swapon -s to view the amount of swap space I had and this are
the results:
Swap partition /dev/vol/rootdg/swapvol (default swap):
Allocated space: 16318 pages (127MB)
In-use space: 4050 pages ( 24%)
Free space: 12268 pages ( 75%)
Swap partition /dev/vol/rootdg/swapvol2:
Allocated space: 64000 pages (500MB)
In-use space: 4142 pages ( 6%)
Free space: 59858 pages ( 93%)
Total swap allocation:
Allocated space: 80318 pages (627MB)
Reserved space: 70097 pages ( 87%)
In-use space: 8192 pages ( 10%)
Available space: 10221 pages ( 12%)
It seems that I have enough swap space. WHy am I getting the message
'swap space below %10 free'? Why is the Reserved Space so big? Do I need
to delete the symbolic link swapdefault to bring this amount down? I am
only using 10% of space.
