Dear Sirs,
I am your customer.
I am admire from your great company and from your perfect products.
In June 1995 year I bought from your company PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 S/N
447113581. I am define as superb this product. My company used this perfect
product PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 continuously during two years. I am very
pleased at the productivity of PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000.
But suddenly PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 stop work. When start the computer
PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 don't define as device. The computer can't initial
PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 and after that the computer can't find CDR 1000.
The problem is not into the SCSI controller ADAPTEC AHA - 1520A, because I
tryed to work with other ADAPTEC AHA - 1520A conteroller, for which I am
sure that work normal, but PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 can't work with it.
I think that controller for control into CDR 1000 is damaged. Please refer
me what I do. Please send me some information what damage into CDR 1000
usually. Are there some permanent software recorded into chip, which
operate the work of CDR ? If this software is damaged are there stop of
the work of CDR 1000 ? Are you can send me this application softvare to
renew the record of the chip of the drive of CDR 1000 ? Are you can send me
the recorded chip and I will change it. Please advise me what I do. If you
can send me some chips which eventual is possibly to damaged I will change
it.
I am sure that you help me, because you are great company and you keep your
international reputation. Your product PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000 is the first
CDR in the world and your company always produce the best CDR. I believe in
your support to your first customers of PINNACLE MICRO CDR 1000.I am from
your first customers who beleived in the potentialities of your products
and prefered your products and chose your products. I always will choose
your products, because I am sure that your company is great and I always
will trust of your perfect support.
Please send me instruction what I do - step by step.
