Hello, managers, and happy Friday the 13th. I'm wondering about DEC
kernel parameters on version 3.2g of the operating system. Three
questions:
1. Are there kernel parameters that set the limits at which the system
begins
paging and swapping, and if so, are those parameters set as a
percentage of
memory, or as an amount used or remaining of memory?
2. How does one set kernel parameters on a DEC system?
3. Is there a book you'd recommend that lists, and defines the purpose
of, all the
kernel parameters of a DEC system?
