Hello folk,
I need your help to see back my lvm volume.
I reinstall from scratch, my DEC 4100 / 400Mhz from the OSF/1 3.2f to a
Digital Unix 4.0b, I'm unable to restart the lsm on the old
/etc/vol/volboot configuration.
% cat /etc/vol/volboot

The hardware seams to recognise the disks:

but whenever I try to restart LSM:

the "vol" devices has been produced with the original major/minor numbers:
