SUMMARY: Failover of DNS in cluster

However, I came across some problem while following the setup.

1. As our IP address falls into Class B range and we are using subnet
   as our departmental network, netmask has to be specified when setting
   up the IP aliase.
   "ifconfig tu0 alias 10.10.10.2 netmask 255.255.255.0" >> /dev/null 2>&1

2. The lock file /var/tmp/dns.restart.running left behind during system
   crash. Therefore, named could not be restarted during service
   relocation. I modified the script to remove it if it's still there after
   certain period time.
