Hi there,
We are currently looking at purchasing a new tape drive to do our backups
on, and I'm looking for suggestions on what type to get. We are running and
Alpha 1000 machine running DU 3.2G with 28 Gb of disk, and will soon be
setting up and NT network. So the tape will need to be able to backup the
lot, as our present DDS2 tape drive is being stretched to the limit.
The new unit will have to be a Digital product and not a third party product
for support reasons. If anyone has any suggestions, please email them to me.
