DU 4.0B crashing unexpectedly

A DU 4.0B workstation crashed recently twice.
The screen turns black, a few messages are printed out
and the machine is completely dead.
I list the messages below.

This happens after a long period of stable behaviour, with no major
changes in the configuration, except that two weeks ago it got
a new Fast Ethernet card which is now in use instead
of the old 10Mbit interface.

Perhaps the problem is related to running a program allocating
a lot of memory.

Can perhaps somebody try to help me to understand what is going on ?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Marcin
