Upgrading from OSF/1 3.2 to 4.0B, tips needed

Hi,
I want to upgrade from DUnix v3.2 to 4.0B.
I am currently using Oracle 7.2 on it.
And I would like to install Oracle 8.0 on new DUnix.
Is there anyone to share their experince or any warnings,tips?
