min required to install ping patch OSF3.2c

For an alpha running 3.2c, I found and ftp'd the ping patch v32_ping_fix.tar
Extracting this produced README ip_input.o
I still need the appropriate dupatch kit to apply the patch.

I have not seen the exact file name for the appropriate dupatch kit nor an
exact ftp location in the archives. My current purpose is to apply the
ping patch, not the jumbo patch. If someone can identify the exact
file and location, this would be greatly appreciated.
