Hi Manager:
We are running DEC DNS on the OSF/3.2c. Recently we experienced the
problem to resolve the cname such as americaonline.aol.com and
lex.lexis-nexis.com. After they changed their DNS entry and make it as a
cname of other 8 names(round-robin) or just a cname, our user can't connect
to the place any more. The log showes host unknow message. We have to put
their IP into the hosts table as a temprary fix. Is this a known problem?
How can I fix it without edit hosts file? Please help if you can!!!
