Greetings All,
I'm a new Unix Admin, and we are having problems with a DEC AlphaPC
165LX 533MHz running Dec Unix 4.0d. We are getting kernel panics
with message "Unaligned kernel space access from kernel mode".
It can be duplicated by telnetting to the Alpha, exporting the display
back to my own machine and starting a number of processes (such as
netscape) on the alpha. But, from the console, I can not locally cause
the Alpha to crash. Active processes at panic time, differ, and might not
necessarily be present on a different panic.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
