Problem with Pathworks

I had upgraded my Server from Unix 3.2c to Unix 4.0B. And I use
Pathworks in my site.
I installed the new version of Pathworks for Digital Unix 4.0, but now I
have problem with the connections . The connections are very slowly and
the permission don't work.

How can you help me?
