Dear Managers
We have a ALPHAServer 2100, DUNIX 4.0d running, YP and BSD - Security:
I wanted to change a yppassword on my YP-Server but yppasswd doesn't
find the entry in the /var/yp/src/passwd file.
Changing the password manually updates the passwords only on the clients
but not on the server.
in /etc/svc.conf I have : passwd=local,yp
in /var/yp/Makfile:
$(YPDBDIR)/$(DOM)/passwd.time: $(DIR)/passwd
the entry exists in
/var/yp/src/passwd.

What can I do.
I would be very happy to solve this problem.
thank you very much
MAx
