UFS convert to ADVFS, how?

Hi managers,

I installed 4 disks with UFS file system, and 1 with ADVFS ( / and /usr
)
Now i want to use the vdump, it only works in ADVFS ?. There is a way to
convert just one disk to ADVFS.
And i want to use the others facilities such as clone.
Can i use the vdump from the ADVFS file systems to backup the others
disks?

What i have to do?
