Default keyboard setting

     Dear All
     
     An irritating little problem - I have a new 1200 running 4.0d with a
     UK pcxal keyboard. How do I set the system default keyboard to
     UK-English and pcxal rather than US-English which is what it seems to
     be at the moment?
