SUMMARY: *** no timer interrupts on CPU 0 ***

Folks,
- at first the above message just came NOT from vmunix ,
  but was produced by the srm Console ( needed for DUnix ).
- after applying the latest firmwareUpgrade that ships with 4.0D distribution
  everything is doing fine until now ( for about 5 weeks ).
