[Q] DEC Server700 Config

I have my DEC Server 700 sort of configured the way I want it to be.
Basically, it is sever as a dial-in modem pool. I can connect with
an NT box just fine. The thing I don't like is the access '#' prompt.
I would like the server to prompt for a user name after a few presses
of the return key. What do I need to do to configure it to do this?
