I think it means that the file was there for a short time, but not long
enought for ls to do a 'stat' on it.
In other words, it's nothing bad. You just missed it.

When you typed in the command the shell expanded the *.lock, and the
file sirihs00.lock existed. By the time ls got around to listing the
file, it had been deleted, causing the "not found" message.
