How to determine the BIOS of a machine in Digital Unix 4.0?

How would I determine the vendor (assuming it's not Digital) and version
of the BIOS for my alphaservers?
(mostly Alphaserver 200 and 400s) With Solaris, 'prtconf -V' will do the
trick. Thanks.
