Has anyone had success compiling the Elm mail reader (version 2.4.25) on
Digital Unix 4.0D?

Whenever I try I fail with the following error message:-

cc -O -I../hdrs -c get_tz.c
cc: Error: /usr/include/sys/signal.h, line 84: In this declaration, the
type of "posix_signal" is not compatible with the type of a previous
declaration of "posix_signal" at line number 672 in file ../hdrs/defs.h.
extern void (*__R(signal) __((int, void (*)(int)))) __((int));
