SUMMARY (very late): DEC-Unix V4.0x blank pages

Hi Manager's,

nearly a year of having blank pages between jobs i got a patch from DEC to
solve this problem.
This patch will be included in V5.0.

The name of the patch is: LPD_NEXT_6_v40x

You could get it from DEC or send a mail to me and i will tell you how to get
this patch.

Accordingly i found out the correct printcap entry for a HP-JetDirect-Card in
a HP Laserjet IVsi(by using TCP/IP-Printing):

Don't insert the of-Filter. This printcap works well for text and ps-files.
You have insert following line in /etc/services:
hp4printer 9100/tcp

and the node hplj4-2 is the JetDirect-Card.
