Hello all!
We have a DEC Alpha running UNIX 3.2G. In /var/adm/messages file, I
observed the following:
{DATE} {system name} vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold
raised to: 256 bytes
{DATE} {system name} vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold
raised to: 512 bytes
{DATE} {system name} vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold
raised to: 1024 bytes
{DATE} {system name} vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold
raised to: using straigh forward:
Should I be concerned with the above messages? What exactly does that
mean? I haven't seen the above message before? TU1 is a 100BaseT card.
TIA
Harry
