Managers,

The following error messages are from kern.log:

Apr 29 14:18:40 cats vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold raised to:
256 bytes
Apr 29 14:18:43 cats vmunix: tu1: link up: negotiated 100BaseTX: full duplex
Apr 29 15:42:00 cats vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold raised to:

Apr 29 15:42:04 cats vmunix: tu1: link up: negotiated 100BaseTX: full duplex
Apr 29 15:44:23 cats vmunix: tu1: transmit FIFO underflow: threshold raised to:
1024 bytes
Apr 29 15:44:26 cats vmunix: tu1: link up: negotiated 100BaseTX: full duplex
Apr 29 15:48:32 cats vmunix: malloc_mem_alloc: no space in map

The machine is a 2100 with dg4.0D. It happened when one user was tring to
delete( or add) lots of files to his home dir from an NT machine using NFS.
I can telnet to the machine, but canot run lots of commands. The ps -ef
hangs the window. I have to reboot the machine to bring the system back.

Any suggestions to fix this problem?
