RIS Server and Patches for 4.0D

  Hi ,
    I would like to know the following:

   1. Is there any information available(any one of you written something)
      insetting up a RIS server?
   2. Where I can get the patches for 4.0D version?

   3. I heard that DECOS version 5.0 is coming very soon. This is from a
      user Conference meeting. Is this true?
