The locker account is the "management" account created when you install
the Internet software. In newer versions of the software this account
is
called iass. I have left the account alone and have all the mail for
locker forwarded to my mail account.

Whenever you use the web-based Locker Administrative Software it mails
the
locker account whenever you add a user, delete a user, etc.....
You can eliminate the user as long as you redirect the mail somewhere
using
the /etc/aliases. I just forwarded mine to a log file. You can also
eliminate the user if you do not use the Locker program.
