uerf says: CORRUPTED ERROR ENTRY - ENTRY DUMP

Hello System Admins,

When I do the command: uerf -R -r 300 | more
I get the following for the first four entries:

As you can see above, I'm running DU v4.0B patch level 4.
This is an AlphaServer 2100 4/200 and I run Enhanced Security.
Does anyone know what this "CORRUPTED ERROR ENTRY" means?
Should I be concerned? Thanks for your assistance.
