howto configure TLZ09/9L with mcutil

Hi,

I’m trying to configure a DAT tape (jukebox) in a Digital Unix v4.0D
I’ve installed the SCSI cam medium Changer drivers v3.1a.

How do I configure the TLZ09 loader in the /etc/mcicap file ?
