Hello, managers!
I've got a 2100 with a DE 500-XA network card. I've been running it for
a few
years already without problems. But recently I bought a DLT7000 drive
and
now the machine has died twice during the backup. The DLT could eat
about all the network capasity.
The board is:
tu1: DECchip 21140: Revision:
1.2
tu1 at pci0 slot 7
tu1: DEC TULIP (10/100) Ethernet
_Interface, hardware address:
_00-00-F8-03-1A-C7
tu1: console mode: selecting
10BaseT
_(UTP) port: half duplex
And I used to run it at 100Base half duplex, but I just changed that to
full duplex.
I'm running DU 4.0D, no patches.
Is there a patch for the driver or any kernel settings I should set?
Shortly
after boot I get the messages:
