I did not receive a single response on this one! But, I just found the
answer myself, by sheer luck, so I thought of putting up this summary, just
in case someone else ever needs this information.
The default values of the usermod/useradd commands are taken from the files
$HOME/.sysman/Account_defaults and $HOME/.sysman/UserAccount_defaults of
the root account.
