Hi,
I have to upgrade a machine soon from DU 3.0 (or was that DEC OSF/1 :-) to
DU 4.0B/C.
I will be using the upgrade and installupdate procedures to get there, but
was wondering if there are any gotchas?
I am especially interested in knowing when I should do the firmware update?
Should I update the firmware to the latest available for the particular
machine type prior to starting, or what? Is the latest firmware for a
3000/600 backwards compatible with older versions of DU?
