Where to place patched in DU4.0b

DU Wizzards,

        I'm new to DU and I must patch 4.0b with DUV40BAS00007-19980514 to support HSZ70 controllers.

Where in the directory structure are patches placed? Can recommendations about appling the patch are welcome.
