Corrected ECC Error in Memory during D-Cache fill

I have an AlphaStation 600/333 with 512mb of memory which is getting
alot of 'Corrected ECC Error in Memory during D-Cache fill' errors (37 in
the last hour). We reseated the memory but the errors are still occuring.
How do I interpret these errors? (ie what piece of hardware might
I need to replace? How do I map the Physical address or the error
to a board?)

The errors in messages look like:

vmunix: Machine Check error corrected by processor
vmunix: Physical address of error ffffff0016ffe19f Corrected ECC Error in
Memory during D-Cache fill
